- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flooring is made easy, simple, and stress-free with Floor Coverings International Mission Viejo. We understand that each home is special, and therefore requires attention to detail. Our focus is paying close attention to detail when it comes to your floors. Whether it is carpeting, hardwood floors, tile, or any of the other options we offer, we carefully treat each design as a custom project, and we work with you to meet your budget and deadlines to install the floors of your dream home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 Schedule a free in-home Design Consultation with one of our expert Design Associates. Your Design Associate will arrive on time in our Mobile Flooring Showroom. Inside the Mobile Showroom we have thousands of flooring choices that make up our carefully selected Mobile Flooring Collection. Your Design Associate will then measure your floors, help you choose the perfect flooring solution for you and will provide you with an estimate. Step 2 After you’ve reviewed your proposal and estimate, you can review our financing options with your Design Associate and make your final decision. Step 3 Upon your decision, your flooring will arrive and installation begins. We treat your home as if it was our own, so clean up of the flooring area, removal and replacement of furniture is included and done very carefully. We pride ourselves in maintaining and updating you on timelines, as we understand how important that is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Your design associate is someone who will come to your home with the specific skill to design a flooring solution to inspire you, and that is perfect for your home. Every one of our design associates is trained to be an expert in both flooring knowledge and flooring design. We are experts in knowing the features and benefits of all types of flooring material, and how to create for you the right design, either from one material, or using several in one design. Our job is to inspire you, and to open up a world of opportunity to create the most beautiful and appropriate flooring solution.
