- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am definitely not the cheapest or least expensive contractor that you're going to find but I'm very personable I specialize in customer service and in the process we get to build things make problems go away for people it's truly up a win-win for everybody I can assure you that I will see every job through no matter what at a fair price that's consistent with a prevailing wage in any building trade we do quality work at competitive pricing you truly do get what you pay for
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had Hands-On training all my working life to college training in a four year apprenticeship program in the Ironworkers jlc live conventions in Las Vegas on water intrusion flashing waterproofing safety practices framing bidding jobs licensed general contractor cslb 794678- General building contractor
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing home construction and remodeling for 30-plus years my first job when I was 15 years old was from a local remodeling contractor Wayne Howard Construction back in the 80s this company especially the owner Bob Wolf made me decide this is what I wanted to do for a living I'm actually a licensed contractor because of his way he ran his business and how he started me off on this knowledge base that I have today I've been a Union ironworker I've worked with masonry contractors decking companies fence companies window companies the list goes on and on I've installed bathroom partitions work on framing Crews on housing tracks built I Rise buildings in the Ironworkers I've truly have a knowledge of construction from the ground up including high rise buildings and structural steel fabrication and installation work with sheet metal Cruise in the Union building gas stations worked with homeowners associations including board members board meetings property managers I love what I do
