- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced, and offer discounts for scheduled maintenance cleaning accounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process involves meeting the customer at the job site, to go over expectations and concerns. I can then offer an estimate based on the situation. If it is a simple or basic cleaning, we can often quote pretty close over the phone and then show up to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Mobile Wash industry with two different business owners, and look forward to owning and operation my own custom cleaning company.
