- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
each job is different from the last. once I see the job I can give you a better estimate on time and process. I am very accommodating to customer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
aside from 20 years in flooring I have an engineer background in the army. carpenter and masonry was my job in the army. I am very proficient in blue prints and take offs.
