Mr. Alexander is a team player. We worked together on a summer youth program assigning young people to various positions across the city. Students were placed in jobs ranging from office work, radio station assistants, and computer repair and sales. Additionally, his knowledge of IT has been beneficial to the development of a local Silicon Valley styled training program for community members and youth. What could be better is his lack of willingness to say no to projects and people requesting his help that may not be up to his standards of operation and skill set. I would work with him on future projects and recommend him as a team member to other inquirers.

I hired EC&B to locate and purchase a firewall system. They where able to locate the firewall at a huge cost savings. There was an issue with the shipping from the vendor used. EC&B was diligent in locating the shipment and made sure I received it in a timely manner. The customer service was exceptional.

From the onset of our partnership to create our non-profit website and email connections, we've launched our marketing campaign with Mark's expertise behind us. He has educated us on how to best market our programs and services and he also created our NW Houston Impact Center brochure. They designed/developed an online e-store for us that served us well. The also included user guides and other support documentation, without our prompting. They and their subs are real professionals. They do thorough work and very diverse, and as we learned much later. They also do network consulting, wiring and installations for small business. Another business acquaintance told us about their work on some networks. Their rates are reasonable and they are very well-rounded in IT. We recommend them for any business that needs IT services from a provider that knows how to deliver quality technology services.

We have no standard pricing system due to the nature of the IT business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by providing an assessment of the work that needs to be done. In the case of thumbtack, we will provide the best quote based on the details provided. Once we get on site then we will do another assessment to make sure what we will provide will fix the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EC&B Solutions is a Service Disabled Veteran Company which means that most employees received their education & training through the military. The owner of the business has over 20 years of experience working for the US Air Force, NASA, Oil & Gas Industries, as well as the Federal Government.
