- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I calculate distance and the amount of time I will be needed for the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my client and understand what they're asking for in a photoshoot. I do not mind texting,emailing or calling if we cannot meet face to face before the photoshoot. I like to brainstorm with my clients to find out what would make a great photoshoot for them. I arrive early before the shoot takes place to either setup or scope out the location. I like for my clients to feel comfortable, so if they need their favorite song to play in the background or a supporting friend or family member I'm all for it! Depending on how many photos were captured, I can usually give an estimate of how long it will take to upload them.
