The price is reasonable! The owner, Mark Johnson is a great guy. I think he is not n the business just to make money, but also to help people get a qualify roof with affordable price.

Initially, Mark and BPR did a wonderful job with punctuality and fix some leaks on my roof. The agreement was that we had a one year labor and parts. However, I’ve attempted to get them back out for the last three months and Mark has failed all commitments. I wouldn’t recommend Best Price Roofing.

I was initially impressed with the company's sales pitch and that was all it was ... a pitch. I had to contact the company to reconfirm their arrival as it was arranged for a morning appointment. I was given excuses as the project would only take a few hours and a new time was arranged for the afternoon. When the crew arrived, the team began to prep my driveway for sealing. The experience turned from excited to fearful! 1 - Instead of brushing the loose rocks from the pavement with a steel brush to ensure a good seal, one team member was using a blower. Not the same effect and several rocks remained on the pavement. 2 - I engaged the team as to the process after I saw the "loose rock" removal process. My fear turned into dismay! As a customer, I decided to follow through with my side of the contract but I am regretting every minute now. 3 - Once the removal was complete, I went outside to see the progress. The team was spraying the sealant. I was furious! We discussed a more manual process of pushing the sealant into the crevices with a thicker solution and a paddle brush for spreading. This would allow for an even seal. When I commented, the owner said will there be an issue with payment because the process was not as we discussed? I was mortified. 4 - The spray sealant was not even and I had to ask them to go back over several spots. They were not happy about the request but complied. I asked him about issues with the sealant. He guaranteed he would return in a few days to check on it. NOTHING!!!! 5 - After the owner left, I sent him photos of several unsealed pavement areas. He said he would take care of it. NOTHING!!!! 6 - From July 5th to August 13th, I have corresponded with the owner - Mark. He promised and used church and the weather as excuses NOT to return. I am so tired at this point of asking him to finish the job. It is September and I have to hire another contractor to re-do the job. ****DO NOT USE THIS contractor for any projects!!!!! If he cannot follow through on a simple pavement job, how would the company fair on a larger project like a roof.
