- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have standard pricing for most services, but every computer and customer is different. My baseline prices can be viewed on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I call them or they call me. I listen to their issues, I decide how much time the job will take given the information I have received from them then I will negotiate a firm price. Then we will decide on a time to visit them at their location and fix their issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started tinkering with computers back in 1991, after much frustration I read many many books on software and hardware repair, after a few years it just clicked. After repairing and building hundreds of computers I went to the software / hardware classes and became a CompTIA A+ Computer certified in July of 2000.
