Sorry your experience was not a great one. We do require a booking deposit prior to technician dispatch. If deposit is not received prior to scheduled date of project we will not dispatch. It is our policy as we have had instances of showing up to jobs as per Thumbtack confirmation and being turned away or no one staying at the dwelling. I do apologize for our miscommunication and would welcome the opportunity to work with you on future projects.
