This was my second time using their service for a home cleaning, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Adrienne and Gil showed up early for the scheduled appointment time and were very friendly as well as very accommodating as to what needed to be done. Not only did they go above and beyond on the cleaning, but they got up stains that a previous provider was not able to get up. Its clear that they take pride in their work and the results show proof of this. I plan to always contact them for their cleaning services. Sorry your experience was not a great one. We do require a booking deposit prior to technician dispatch. If deposit is not received prior to scheduled date of project we will not dispatch. It is our policy as we have had instances of showing up to jobs as per Thumbtack confirmation and being turned away or no one staying at the dwelling. I do apologize for our miscommunication and would welcome the opportunity to work with you on future projects.
