- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In regards to real estate, if you’re a buyer or renter, the seller/landlord is actually the one that usually pays the commission so you wouldn’t actually pay me anything. :) If you’re selling and buying , I am willing to negotiate my commission. I look out for my clients as if they were family. In regards to home renovating, I am very transparent in regards to pricing and budget. I don’t markup materials, I just charge flat rate for my labor.
