- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a one on one consultation about your goals and medical history, we sign a liability waiver for the gym, there is know contract signiging. We agree on start date, price and sessions and start on our journey to your success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified personal trainer, certified in strength and conditioning and CPR
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had this passion, for fitness since age 13. Once, I started training I became addicted to it. After my body started changing,I immediately began to teach others about my knowledge.
