Rachael Cain the tax specialist is one of the most competent and professional tax preparers that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She was very expedient in preparing my return,very knowledgeable of tax laws and IRS requirements, and was able to get me a great tax return. The process was very simplified with the system she used and the whole process was only a few days before she was sending off my return. I definitely recommend "The Tax Specialist" and will be returning for services next year. My overall experience was excellent and I am very satisfied with this service.

It was a great and painless experience! She and I set up a date and time to get my taxes filed and submitted (accomplished through my email using an application). It was super easy to upload all my forms (multiples). She received them and completed them immediately. Before submitting, in a brief phone conference, we confirmed that all the information was entered correctly. I should be getting my refund next week! She is very professional and easy to talk to and her fee was more than reasonable and easy to submit online through a secure source. My return is much higher than expected and much more than a tax program that I've used every tax season in the past.
