Going to see Lauren for me is on the same par as going to a real doctor. She has a massage approach for every level of physical discomfort no matter which sub system system of the Human body . ,muscular glandular cardio and a whole lots of other stuff thats over my head medically . This is a serious Theraputic practice on par with the level of a Professional sports team, Like the Mobile, Baybears for whom Lauren has sub contracted to in the past. My health improvements with Lauren were nothing short of years of practicing yoga, Sincerily MARK P.
