Introduction: I provide personal training for my clients to meet their specific needs and fitness goals. I'm trained and certified in many areas of fitness, which include, bodybuilding, general health and wellness, crossfit, sport specific training, etc. My program will provide client specific training regiments, supplement plan, nutrition guidance, and meal preparation. The one thing that I treasure about my profession is seeing my clients reach their fitness goals to lead a healthier life. That gives me ultimate satisfaction and brings me back day in and day out.

If you want a personal trainer that will push you to your full fitness potential this is the guy!!! He offers the full package. He builds a personal training and diet regiment for each client. He is a great and dedicated fitness instructor. All I can say is thanks JT for all the help with my fitness goals!!

He's awesome! He's a great motivator and is always there to help me with any advice I need. He's got a great personality and knows what he's talking about. I highly recommend using him.
