- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try hard, Very hard to assist with limited budgets, when my clients have a range I always aim for the lowest point where feasible. Most previous client tell me their investment in my services was lower than other quotes AND delivered much more lasting value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client we connect on the phone initially, I discover what they wish to achieve, i then set out to tailor make a keynote Motivational Speech or presentation, that fits all their needs, AND exceeds all their expectations. We keep in touch until the big day...Check my reviews

25+ Years as a Trainer, Training Manager, Corporate Training Manager, Senior Executive, 20 years speaking, 13 Years as an independent Speaker and trainer.
