- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary by venue and availability. Rental Items and availability are secured via deposit. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to event (but that is flexible).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send ideas back and forth, discuss pricing and priorities, then reserve the items on their specific date with a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the industry ranging from custom props, stage sets, festivals, concerts, weddings, holiday decor, corporate events.
