- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are given on a case by case basis. For repairs, we used flat-rate pricing . Once a problem is diagnosed, a price is given to the customer before any repair work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a customer needing their HVAC system serviced, , we get contact information, find out what issues the customer is having, and send out our Service Technician. For a Customer wanting a quote for a new HVAC system ( Equipment or Ductwork) We schedule an appointment to see the type of equipment the customer currently has as well as find out any issues or problems they may be currently having so those can be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bill has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, he is NATE and EPA certified, and has taken many HVAC courses through the years including Indoor Air Quality, Residential Mechanical Ventilation Installation, ACCA Manual D Duct Design and Manual S Residential Equipment Selection Certification. He is also HVAC Excellence Certified.
