On multiple occasions I have had issues with my heating & air units at my old house and now at my new house. I always call Rudd Heating & Air because they provide excellent customer service regardless. The receptionist who takes calls and does the scheduling is always friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians, regardless of which one comes out are always professional and identifies / resolves the issues with my units. They show up on time or contact you in advance to notify you if they are running behind. The prices are reasonable and based on some other quotes more competitive than some other similar companies in the area. Now that Im where I plan to live for the next 20 years, I plan to setup a maintenance contract with them for both of my units. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars!!!! My husband contacted Rudd heating and air, sadly, they had a super booked and busy day. But my husband was able to explain to them real quick whats going on, and then the owner(Bill) said that after he knocks off he would come by and look at it. Well not long after, he went and got a part and got it fixed and up and running! Which is awesome! Cuz i just had surgery and i was miserable!!! He went out of his way after a busy day and Im sure HOT as well, to come and make another customer happy! Awesome customer service! Awesome owner! Awesome work and just ALL around an awesome company!! Also best prices in town, for work that you want done CORRECT and done only one time.(not those other guys you gotta call and they mess something up and then you spend money to just call another one to fix the issue and previous guys mistake)Definitely Will use them again, and recommend them to EVERYONE that ever needs an ac man, Rudd heating and air, ARE the ones to call!!! Thank yall so much for your time and even caring enough to listen to your customers and not shooting them down!!!

Everyone, from the office staff - technician - owner, that had anything to do with the work were outstanding. Bill (the owner) was first out to the house to make the initial contact and cover the main concerns and set up follow up contact. Hal (one of the technicians) came out in a timely manner and did a thorough inspection from the crawl space to the attic and anything connected to the HVAC unit. Hal found the problem that was wrong that other technicians (competitors) missed and was able to do the repairs very quickly. He also noticed other options that could be done and explained why and the benefits for doing the work. Michelle in the office was there to answer any questions and concerns that I had about the work being done. All were very professional , respectful and knowledgeable about their work and their cost are very reasonable. I highly recommend Rudd Heating and Air to anyone needing preventative maintenance or mayor work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are given on a case by case basis. For repairs, we used flat-rate pricing . Once a problem is diagnosed, a price is given to the customer before any repair work is performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a customer needing their HVAC system serviced, , we get contact information, find out what issues the customer is having, and send out our Service Technician. For a Customer wanting a quote for a new HVAC system ( Equipment or Ductwork) We schedule an appointment to see the type of equipment the customer currently has as well as find out any issues or problems they may be currently having so those can be addressed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bill has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, he is NATE and EPA certified, and has taken many HVAC courses through the years including Indoor Air Quality, Residential Mechanical Ventilation Installation, ACCA Manual D Duct Design and Manual S Residential Equipment Selection Certification. He is also HVAC Excellence Certified.
