- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing structure is $20 per hour for Bookkeeping work (including processing payroll), and $15 per hour for Administrative projects. For my ongoing customers, I usually bill in 15 minute increments. If you had a project in mind, I usually bill a predetermined amount that would be negotiated between us before I start work on the project. When billing for projects, I usually require a 50% deposit up front, and the remainder to be paid out upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Accounting as well as several years experience in both bookkeeping and executive administration.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of companies, however I have the most experience working for small business owners. I have worked with individuals in several different industries including technology, entertainment, fitness, and law.
