Introduction: I provide Full-Service Bookkeeping without the hassle of hiring someone on to work in your office. I have all my own equipment and will travel to your home or business to get setup and introduce myself. If you need to reach me, I am just a phone call or e-mail message away and can usually respond very quickly to any requests. You set your level of need, if you require full time bookkeeping or if you just have a project you need completed, I can provide services to cover either. To me Bookkeeping is like a puzzle. Everything has it's own place in your books and I like to put it there. I love when my clients get complimented on their tidy books by CPA's who handle their taxes. I also enjoy helping small business owners, like myself, get ahead by knowing exactly where they stand.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing structure is $20 per hour for Bookkeeping work (including processing payroll), and $15 per hour for Administrative projects. For my ongoing customers, I usually bill in 15 minute increments. If you had a project in mind, I usually bill a predetermined amount that would be negotiated between us before I start work on the project. When billing for projects, I usually require a 50% deposit up front, and the remainder to be paid out upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Accounting as well as several years experience in both bookkeeping and executive administration.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of companies, however I have the most experience working for small business owners. I have worked with individuals in several different industries including technology, entertainment, fitness, and law.
