Tonya and her team were incredible! We had a 50 person private party, she worked with me on the perfect menu and provided food and bartending services. They used my outdoor kitchen to fire the food right before serving so it was hot and awesome. Everyone mentioned how great the food was, and most went back for more. Tonya was great in the planning process. She was responsive and really helpful in menu planning. The food was a hit! The only hiccup was on the day of. Due to forgetting one of the courses at home and traffic on the freeways, our meal wasn't set up until 30 minutes after the agreed upon time. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are able to work with any budget. We do require that most events serve a minimum of 10 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We often help a customer to create a custom menu for their event. We want each customer to have a personal catering experience, not just a general tray of food.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The owner Tonya went to culinary school worked in the restaurant industry for many years then went on to work as a corporate manager for over a decade. She is now combining her love for business and cooking though Sierra Madre Catering. We also have several other professional chefs, servers and office managers on staff.
