FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. We do not base our prices on what the other guys are doing, we charge what we need to charge to survive. It is just that simple, plus, there is MUCH to be said for my skillset. Call me out and you will see you indeed will get what you pay for. Repeat clients can occasionally get freebies for minor callouts, and we reserve the right to decrease the price on any job we quote should we end up making too much money. Yes, you read that right. Please do not ask for a discount, if I feel it is in order I will tell you at check out time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contractors are called contractors because we "contract" with folks to do work. We have a simple process, a signature and initials and were good to go. In the past the California Contractors State License board, one of there hands on members commended me for my contracts that protect the consumer more than me!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked my way through 5.5 years of apprenticeship training, in the plumbing union, local 582. I graduated at the top of my class. Plumbing came natural to me. I do things "old school". I take the time to do things the same way I would do it if it were my own property...neat and clean and efficient.
