- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for package purchases. Group rates available (massage parties) I will travel further than my area for an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we connect there needs to be a basic exchange of information to see if it's the appropriate fit. Then we schedule and meet. Pretty simple.
