- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard hourly rate construction and maintenance is $45/hour plus materials. Stonework is priced based on the specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically provide a more acurate estimate in person looking over the job directly. We then set a schedule for the work. For larger jobs I am paid in part up front and in full upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for many years building with stone and wood and earth. I began my apprenticeship in Tibet restoring ruined temples and monasteries.
