- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Charming Package -- $ 1000.00 This package is designed for couples that enjoy the entire planning process and are happy to plan the majority of their event, but also want to guarantee that all of their preparations run smoothly. Our services include but not limited to: Planning and Preparation: Three (3) in-person planning consultations (excluding the initial complimentary consultation) Unlimited consultations via email and/or phone Walk-through visit of ceremony and reception venues Preparation of timeline for the event Event Day Services: Event Coordinator on-site to facilitate vendor arrival and set up for the event (up to 8 hours) Includes an additional coordinator's assistant Set up of escort card table, gift table and guest book table. Set up of any special area for the guests (I.e. candy buffet, dessert buffet stations, kids' craft area) Final inspection of all tables at the reception (centerpieces, menu cards, programs, escort cards and favors for each guest) Assist guests in reception seating Assist photographer with coordinating guests for group photos. Coordinate all important reception highlights (blessing, toasts, cake cutting, etc.) Main liaison between all vendors and the client Distribute any final payments/gratuity envelopes to vendors on the day of. Coordinate transport of gifts and personal items into designated vehicle or hotel room. Other Event Coordination Services: Review all vendor contracts provided by the client Distribute Event day timeline to all vendors Send final confirmations to all vendors Radiant Package -- $ 1800.00 This package is designed for clients that enjoy the entire planning process and are happy to plan the majority of their event, but also want to guarantee that all of their preparations run smoothly. Our services include but not limited to: Planning and Preparation: Five (5) in-person planning consultations Unlimited consultations via email exchanges and/or phone Provide recommendations on event design/styling (i.e. color/themes, décor, ambiance, florals) Preparation of event timeline for the clients Walk-through visit of reception venues Event Day Services: Event Coordinator on-site to facilitate vendor arrival and set up for the event ceremony (up to 10 hours) Includes an additional coordinator's assistant Set up of escort card table, gift table and guest book table. Set up of any special area for the guests (I.e. candy buffet, dessert buffet stations, kids' craft area) Final inspection of all tables at the reception (centerpieces, menu cards, programs, escort cards and favors for each guest) Assist guests in reception seating Assist photographer with coordinating guests for group photos. Creations by CB has an extensive network of vendors to meet our clients' needs and ensure that everything proceeds efficiently and smoothly. Our services include but not limited to: Planning and Preparation: Eight (8) in-person planning consultations Unlimited consultations via email exchanges and/or phone Provide recommendations on event design/styling (i.e. color/themes, décor, ambiance, florals) Manage event budget and provide regular updates to the clients Preparation of event timeline for the clients Discuss venue requirements Recommend reputable venue options and assist with contract negotiations Assist with invitation selection and establish timeline for sending Coordinate the responses (RSVPs) in order to obtain a final headcount for venue Event Day Services: Event Coordinator on-site to facilitate vendor arrival and set up for the event ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours) Includes an additional coordinator's assistant Set up of escort card table, gift table and guest book table.
