- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates varies but are reasonable. We offer referral discounts (a Complimentary Cleaning Service after 3 Referrals), and lower Rates for our recurring Clients. We accept Check, Cash. Our pricing includes tax. If any questions, please contact as via call/text/email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer call we need to know what sort of cleaning is needed: deep cleaning/office cleaning/move-in/move-out cleaning/after renovation/after construction cleaning. We wish to know if there are any areas that need to be cleaned in a particular way or a particular product to be utilized. We are flexible and always willing to work around the schedule to find availability even the same day. After an appointment is scheduled, we send a courtesy reminder 48 hours before the appointment. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born and raised in Europe. Since I was a child I have been working among different personalities. Thus, I realize and respect there are different likes, dislikes, customs and habits. I am an organized person and I love seeing my house clean and neat. I would like the same for my clients. As a mother I know how important it is for a parent to come to a tidy, and clean home after a long day.
