- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The consultation is $50. Training is $75 per hour, or $70 for rescue dogs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll have an initial conversation about what you need help with, then we'll have an in person consultation so we can meet face to face. If we're a good fit, I'll put together a training plan and recommend a number of weeks to start off with. If we're not a good fit, I'll point you in the direction of someone who can help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training certification included lots of reading and test taking, as well as a hands-on apprenticeship with a local training school.
