- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many customers have found our standard pricing to be fair. Additionally, we offer discounts and credits for referrals and groups, such a as friends and family, or homeowners associations. Essentially we pay you for advertising and marketing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customers will receive a quote for the job. This quote is an estimation based on pictures sent by the homeowner, or an in person inspection performed by Pane Relief. Once a customer is satisfied, we put them on our list for either annual, bi-annual, or quarterly cleanings. We call ahead to schedule a mutually convenient time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers range from elderly homeowners who cannot do the work that they once were able, to young working class homeowners who would rather pay a professional to do a more efficient and high quality job while they stay busy.
