- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $30.00 per single roll or $60.00 for a double roll. I prefer to see the job and to give a quote based on the entire room, taking wall prep and complexities like a pedestal sink into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our jobs start with an onsite inspection of the desired work. Meeting one another in person helps the customer to have confidence in the tradesman and what kind of quality one can expect. We will then provide a written estimate, and before work begins we will work up a contract so all questions are clearly answered.
