- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price competitively. I will often meet or beat a reasonable quote. For many of my jobs, if I cannot get the job done and done right, I do not charge for my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much detail as possible about the issue or need. Then I provide options that weigh budget and robustness of the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in IT departments for companies of all sizes for 15 years. I’ve been doing consulting and repairs as well for 15 years as well, too. I have a degree in computer network science.
