- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a number of factors and considerations which include a customized approach for each client tailored to meet THEIR needs and desired outcomes. Inspection/sampling fees start at $99 depending on location (with minimum samples). We don't start at much higher base inspection fees like many of our competitors because we want the client to remain in complete control of the project. Mold removal/mold remediation fees are very customized as each property, conditions and client desired outcomes are all different, however, we are very competitive and offer superior, safe products and processes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin by gathering as much information from my client as to the issues and concerns that caused them to reach out for help. It might be that I share information only if it appears they may not have a mold problem. The initial telephone conversation is always free. Then as we go through the issues I begin to form a proposed plan on how to serve the client which may include setting up an appointment for moisture & mold inspection and testing as needed.
