- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing really depends on the services requested. Depending on what service is selected the price is fair and honest, and permanent regardless of the details (ex. A wedding service can cost between $100 or $150 depending on what your looking for in your ceremony) the only thing that really changes pricing is if the travel destination is outside the parameters of hendricks or Marion County, then there is a possibility of a charge for travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss what they are looking either on the phone, email, or in person, then we decide if we as a ministry are completely qualified to provide such services, if we are we like to set up a meeting to discuss the details and pricing, a face to face meeting with the client to get to know them a little more on a professional level, providing proof of our credentials, discussing the small details of the service requested and what that includes, finally if there is a good connection professionally between Me and my staff and the potential clients we have the legality of signing an individualized contract which will be drafted most likely after discussing the fine details of the individual situation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ordained minister since 2010, which allows me to preform all ceremonies and events that a pastor of a church is granted, certificate of completion of addiction treatment and recovery from light University in 2014, doctoral degree in divinity in 2014, studies in a bachelors degree in general ministry from pillar of truth Bible Institute, American Association of Christian Counselors board certified
