- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary based on your individual situation such as number of dependents, types of income, types of deductions, and types of credits. I would be happy to give you a more accurate estimate before beginning your tax return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will upload a scanned or photograph image of your tax document as well as an info sheet that is on my website to a secure mailbox that I will give you access to. After receiving all of the information, we will have a short conversation to make sure we haven't missed anything and review your return together. When you are satisfied that I have completed everything thoroughly, I will upload the documents to be signed online. You will provide payment for the return. Once this is finished, I will e-file the return with the IRS and state, if possible, or upload them to our secure mailbox for you to print and mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2009, I took a tax class and have done continuing education ever since. I have studied extensively to understand the tax code and took 3 very extensive exams to receive my Enrolled Agent status with the IRS.
