- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is highly competitive wi th any landscape company, but just because I am at a good rate. Does not affect the quality of work my customers receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to meet the customer in person and get their ideas and get back with them the next day to let them know what I think is best for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to College for Pre-Med and Business Management...helps in my people skills and ability to give a precise and prompt respo nse and quote!
