Victoria did a great job in the months leading up to the wedding day with timelines and organization. However, we were not impressed with the follow through. At the end of the wedding after everyone had left, my husband, myself, my parents and Victoria were left cleaning everything up because of poor communication on her part. Staff was gone so the bride & groom (us) and my parents were the last ones to leave the venue. The bride and groom should NEVER have to stay to clean up their own wedding, or the parents. When my mom and I approached her about this she did not take ownership of it or apologize. Instead, she tried to validate it which is very unprofessional in my opinion.Nov 12, 2018Wild Daisy Events's reply
It’s disappointing to receive this review. Meghan and Mikey's wedding was such a beautiful day, and one of my favorite weddings to coordinate. I’m thankful for the opportunity to have been a part of their special day. I always appreciate feedback. In this particular case, I feel I must submit a response. I too, feel bad that Meghan and Mikey stayed to cleanup at the end of their special day. That was the last thing I would have wanted to happen. As stated in my response email to Meghan and her mother, Karen, on March 13, 2018. First, I did apologize, and I did offer my services to clean up, however, I never received a confirmation this was in fact what was needed or expected of me. This is not a part of the basic wedding planning services in our signed contract with them. Based on that and the couple’s decision to save their money from paying someone else, it was my understanding the couple decided to just forego paying anyone to do the cleanup and take on that responsibility through support of their family. I am very sorry that this misunderstanding took place and that this special day did not end as perfectly as it was throughout the day. We, at Wild Daisy Events take great pride in making each of our clients dreams a reality. It’s really disappointing to have such a great day and the last ten minutes ruin it.

I can’t say enough about Victoria with Wild Daisy Events. Weddings can be a very stressful but amazing time in one’s life. Even with the most organized of Brides and Mother of the Brides you can use help and guidance. This is where Wild Daisy Events entered our lives. Such a blessing to find her. Immediately a huge weight was lifted from our shoulders. Victoria was there for us every step of the way and was amazing! We trusted her to get everything done and her focus was second to none. She helped make my Daughter’s wedding PERFECT from start to finish. Please give her a call. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Best money spent! Thank you, Victoria for EVERYTHING you did to make our Daughters the dream of a lifetime. ~ Dede Ryle 11/14/2017 Brittany & Philip Price October 28, 2017 at St. Mary’s Church, Charlotte Reception at Studio Cellar, Charlotte

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Wild Daisy Events provides the tools, friendly guidance and wedding industry experience to assist clients in planning their weddings. Most importantly, their clients know they want to enjoy their wedding day. After the planning, the couple celebrates that day rather than worrying about logistics, set up, questions from vendors and details. We realize that not every wedding is exactly the same and that not every package is just right for you. We can custom tailor an approach for your unique style! Wild Daisy Events offers three levels of service; Blissful Bride (full service wedding coordinator/planner); Blushing Brides (partial wedding coordinator/planner); and Delightful Bride (month of wedding coordinator).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Contact is made through Thumbtack and usually we correspond through emails/telephone calls. I always arrange for a face to face meeting over coffee/soda. I would prefer to have that one-on-one meeting to ensure the couple is comfortable. Then we get to work. I’m with them the rest of the way, down the aisle until the end of their wedding night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’ve taking wedding planning and coordinating certified courses from CPCC.
