I had a positive experience working with Jake, fast response, great follow through, and did the job well. Very easy to work with and ensured that I was very satisfied with the work.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers need to keep in mind that prices vary based on the location and duration of the job.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Unless it is a very simple job, I ask the customer to allow me to visit the location of the job. By doing so, I can get a good look at what needs to be done, and therefore give a more accurate quote. This also allows the customer to ask any questions or voice any concerns that may arise.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up working for my family doing anything from farm work to residential excavation and general contracting.
