- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients become friends. I want to serve my friends in the best ways possible, so in the initial meeting, every new client has the freedom to discuss their desires and questions openly. I then move to the planning stage, laying out a blueprint for how the session will go, keeping the line of communication open. After jointly agreeing on a timeline, I will photograph the session. The job type defines the amount of time I will need to post process all photos. My main philosophy when working with new and old clients alike is to provide outstanding images to be admired for years to come: that means at every step of the client process, I am fully present, giving each endeavor my full attention and energy.
