- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are selling: I run comparable house sales in your area and we meet in person to see how the house looks. We tour the house so I can give you an accurate idea on price and potential items to change to get the most money when you list it for sale. Once we agree upon a list price, I schedule and pay for the professional photography and virtual tour. If we decide your house could use some virtual staging, we will discuss what look we should go after. I will list the house on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com and on social media for sale. I will handle the requests for showings and review offers with you as they come in. If you are buying: Getting prequalified by a lender gives us an idea of what our budget will be for your home purchase. We then discuss what you would like in your next home and I create a search online to send you any homes that go for sale that match your criteria. I will schedule showings for us to go visit the listings in person and we will tour. Once we find the right house, I will council you on a price to offer based on comparable sales and the local market. Once the offer is accepted I’ll guide you through the rest of the home buying process.

I am a certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), member of Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
