- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard approach includes 2 hours of no-cost interaction with a genuinely interested to learn about their current state, share thoughts, mutually determine if a good fit exists, and if some clear opportunities for improvement are available, identify those. Beyond that effort, in a mutually agreed work effort, my standard rate is $125 / hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is not a typical process. There is "what works" for each potential client. Per the discounts/fees paragraph above, we will first attempt to gain true confidence in our collaboration before any billable effort occurs
