- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client will send a request -- We then "iron out" all Financial and Project timeline information before beginning any requests (this may or may not include an In-Person Free Estimate) This allows clarity for each client and myself. I enjoy keeping everything simple and transparent. Once pay rate and project dates are confirmed, project will begin, with immediate payment required. Larger projects require a deposit before beginning project or pre-payment may be arranged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education includes: Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management by The State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. Advanced Regents High School Diploma in Business by The Academy of Finance & Enterprise. Training includes: Home Organizing & Services since 2009 (Cleaning, Organizing, Home-Sitting, Decor, & Consultations)
