Introduction: I am a Personal Trainer providing a tailor made, balanced approach to fitness that addresses the individual as a whole unit instead of focusing on exercise alone. My background in Sports Medicine allows me to effectively work with individuals with injuries & chronic diseases, like diabetes, heart disease, MS, fibromyalgia, & arthritis to name a few. Using resources to address nutrition, abnormal blood work values, & sleep habits allows me to provide a FULL approach to restoring one's health to optimal levels. I don't just make you sweat but provide a customized program that's realistic to your lifestyle. I will be your final reboot to health! After 21 years of servicing clients, I still enjoy the smiles on clients' faces when they tell me how they have been able to do something they haven't been able to do for years as a result of working with me. Whether it is sports performance related, being able to get off the ground with the grandchildren, or wearing that dress size that has alluded them for years, the lit up faces and "pep in their steps" makes me realize I have made a positive contribution to someone's life.

Jennifer has been my personal trainer for over nine years. She designs work outs to suit your physical abilities. I can tell she has worked hard to gain the certifications she has achieved. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those people who have physical abilities that need addressed by someone as knowledgeable as Jennifer.

Jen did a thorough history before beginning my training sessions. She is driven to get the best out of me and for me, by providing expert guidance. Due to a previous back and shoulder injury she provides alternatives/options that allow me to continue strength training without further injuries.

Weekly training for over 1 year. Jen has been great very encouraging but willing to adapt to my physical shape. I have made great strides in the last 15 months!!!
