FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated from Washington State University with a BS in Kinesiology - emphasis in exercise science - Before entering the Kinesiology courses, I had 3 years of pre-med courses under my belt. The last two years I figured out that I wanted to have great personal relationships with clients and be able to teach my passion for health and fitness. I have worked at Anytime Fitness. I have a group class called Mama&ME Training.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all trainers are right for all clients. You, the client, has to decide whether the personality, type of training, and information, all given by the specific trainer, is right for you. The client-trainer relationship is important and when you come across someone who can motivate, empower, and inform you, they are the one!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The number one question that you should ask yourself is "what are my short term goals?" You need direction and answering this question can allow yourself to take small steps to achieving your long term goals without getting discouraged.
