The Blingbox was amazing! All the guests enjoyed it so much and Kat was so easy to work with. She was beyond prepared and made everything easy. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Ladies were very nice and easy to work with. Picture background was too dark, everything and everyone looked orange in color. Owner at end of event was complaining to me about event center and how they wouldn't let her set up early. Just made me feel bad after such a great party.

I apologize that you were not happy with the photos. I would have fixed the formatting right away had I known you were unhappy. Our side conversation about the venue was an open conversation with several of your guests who were talking about having to wait outside with large gifts and other items as well. I meant no disrespect at all and thought we were all just talking about the event center policies and how they can sometimes affect the flow of an event. It was very nice meeting and celebrating with you and your family and I am sorry for making you feel bad. It was not my intention. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss a discount for a future event.

After haggling about the price (Seller swore she set a higher price, I had a screenshot from her telling me $400) and after her telling us that the 4 hours that we booked included setup and breakdown of the photo booth (so we could have only used the photo booth for 3 hours after booking 4 hours), Blingbox cancelled on us 9 days before our wedding. Completely unprofessional and would highly recommend staying as far away from the Blingbox as possible. If you do end up booking them, make sure you have every single thing on record and on a contract. Screenshot every conversation, every payment, etc.

I wish you both the best and hope that you were able to find someone to provide a photo booth for your wedding day. I never meant for this situation to go this way but I think it was best for us not to work together.
