- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically there will be no markup on the materials for you job. Meaning you will only pay for what you get plus my time and labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will come out and look at the project and take some notes then give you an estimate in a day or 2 depending on the job details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors of Architecture and worked as a architect for 10 years. I started remodeling house during this time and decided to do it fulltime. I have been remodeling houses for over 10 years and because of my schooling and work experiences am very knowledgeable in all aspects of the building processes, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
