I started my fitness journey with Kim about 4 months ago. I recently lost my dad, who suddenly died at the young age of 55; I knew I needed to make a change. I was out of shape and somewhat overweight and had a laundry list of physical ailments making getting in shape harder than most. From day one, Kim pushed me to make my body goals a reality. It was never about percentage of body fat, or pounds lost, it was always about getting healthy- whatever that looked like for me. She builds workouts to fit my challenges and pushes me to complete each exercise and workout strong. I'm doing things I could have never believed I could. Even when I got injured this summer, dislocating and breaking my shoulder, she kept thinking of new exercises I could do with my lower body so that I didn't go backwards in progress while I was healing. While it will be a while before I get back to where I was before the accident in upper body strength, I am continuing to see results in the rest of my body. I know that I couldn't have gotten these results on my own. Anyone looking for a personal trainer who will do everything in their power to get you where you want to go, you don't need to look any further! I would recommend Kim to without hesitation. She is the reason I'm learning to love my body again, even when it lets me down! I know her other clients would say the same. Sometimes all you need is one person on your side, telling you that you can do anything, Kim is that person!

My two teen daughters have been training with Kim for 3 years. Kim has managed to keep them on track and motivated to reach fitness goals. She keeps workouts fun and challenging and they always look forward to training with her. Highly recommend!

Kim will keep your body guessing with each and every workout. Something different and fun (or not) each time but also reviews exercises to check on your progress. If you're looking for a great sweat and sore muscles the next day, talk to Kim.

This is my first time having a personal trainer. I wasn't sure what I was in for, but so far I really enjoy working with Kim. She has taught me the proper ways to do exercises. She cares and pays attention. If I tell her something doesn't feel right she adjusts and finds a different exercise working the same area. She takes the thinking out of working out. I am seeing results and am stronger then when I first started. She pushes me to work hard and do better every time. I like that she has a available if I have questions when I am working out on my own too. I would highly recommend her as a trainer.

4-years ago I asked Kim to teach me how to swim as I wanted to do a Sprint Triathlon. I could barely swim to the end of the pool. She told me to swim back to the other end the first day and I wanted to get out and walk back to the other end. From there, we did drills, worked on technique and most of all she worked on my confidence in the water. We did weekly training and I progressed. As we moved on she would get in the water with me to really see what I was doing to further improve my swim. October of 2016 I completed a full Ironman Triathlon. Completing the 2.4-miles swim portion was all possible due to her training. Kim brought me along slowly so I never had a setback or injury in my swim training. That was really important to me as I started to work with her when I was 49-years old. Great trainer, great positive attitude and as an experienced athlete she understands when to push you and when to back off to avoid injury.
