I have been a long time customer of CompuTech! He is extremely professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I have been in the tech industry for years, but am often away on business, so when my wife and kids back home are having need technical support or repairs we call on Eric. We have had a few poor service choices in the past including geek squad and since we met Eric we will never call on anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable and never cuts corners, saying we are completely satisfied with his work every time is an understatement.

Great communicator, was fair and quick to resolve the troubles with my computer. The only down side, I would have liked to have gotten my old drive back. One day they may be able to retrieve the lost data.
