- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most importantly, we understand everybody is in a different financial spot in life. We will work with you if you choose us to do the best job with your budget in mind. We bill customers as individuals not a set price point. You also will never receive an invoice from us until the work is complete, more importantly the work is not complete until the customer is satisfied. Even then we believe in the quality of our work and we warranty all of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to get a general idea of what the customer is looking to have done. I like to set up on site appointments to check out the area we will be working on. I also like to figure out what the budget is to be spent on the project. This helps me build an estimate based on the customers financial situation. Everybody is in a different spot in life. However at the end of the day we go home and everybody deserves a proper standard of living. We pride ourselves on working with every individual to bring to life what it is they are dreaming and then make that dream a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for 16 years. In that time I have been a production foreman which helped me to understand timing and pacing for your budget. I was also a service foreman and that taught me how to deal with the customer, what the customers needs are and how to make sure you meet them. I learned prudence and the understanding of what it takes to diagnose and accurately fix most problems homeowners will face. I also in the end of my career for other company’s was a project manager. This position helped me understand what it takes to complete a project from start to finish.
