What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact them to see what type of form needs to be notarized. Explain to them the process and the forms of ID I will need them to provide. Then discuss if I will travel to them, they travel to me or meet in a public location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed mortgage loan originator for 16 years and have completed over 200 mortgage signings.
