- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per job. Every job has its on little characteristics. Superior Service Electric comes out and checks the scope of work on every job and gives customers a price before leaving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call our office and speak with our CSR'S and we can get out to look over the work, give you a price and start right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are apprentices, journeyman and masters. Only qualified journeyman and masters should run projects. We have continuing credits we need to renew our licenses.
