- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We use Straight Forward Pricing. Our clients get a guaranteed price in writing before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We schedule in 3 hour windows and call 30 minutes before sending a tech out so you don't have to wait on us. Our techs will perform an evaluation of the entire electrical system to check the safety and functionality. They will give the client some options at let them choose what's best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We train everyday 24/7 plus we have to take course to keep up our continuing education units.
