- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are far from a big company so don't have big companies prices, we are 2nd. to none we have been told by customers from the bigger companies out there. We also work with our customers on prices they can afford if the price we give is a little more than they can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls or messages us, we contact and setup a day and time that's good for both of us to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No real training self taught and great personality. Just fast friendly service with fantastic rates.
