Complete Fireplaces were punctual and professional. Travis was so nice and didn't leave a speck of soot behind. Definitely will use them again!

Poor communication poor scheduling they set a time to come then calls the next day to reschedule time after I all ready set my schedule for them. I canceled them to find someone else

Justin was knowledgeable about his business and went the extra step in trying to locate the manufacturer of our unit before performing repair. He wanted to make sure he did not damage the damper which was stuck. I am pleased with the end the result and he worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company.
